This privacy policy (we’ll refer to it as the “Privacy Policy”) set out important information about the ways in which we collect and use your information when you browse the Platform via the Platform. In this Privacy Policy, when we refer to “you” and “your” we mean you, the person using or visiting the Platform and/or Services.

1.2            If you are under the age of 18, please make sure that a parent or legal guardian (“ Your Adult”) reads this Privacy Policy. You must have Your Adult’s permission to use the Platform and unfortunately only Your Adult can set up accounts with us and make Product purchases via the Platform.

3.1            Information you give us

3.1.1              We will collect any information that you provide to us when you register for an account with us (your “ Account”) or subscribe to our mailing list. This information will include your name, address, email address, phone number or other information relevant to your Account registration.  

3.2            Information we collect about you

3.2.1              We will collect any information contained in any correspondence between us. For example, if you contact us via your account, report a problem to us by email, telephone, or post we may keep a record of that correspondence.

3.2.2              We may also collect certain information about your visits to the Platform and how you use it. This may include your IP address, geographical location, device information, browser type, referral source, length of visit, operating system, number of page views, which Products you have viewed, or searched for on the Platform or added to your shopping basket, what purchases you have made and similar information. This information may be collected by a third party website analytics service provider on our behalf and/or may be collected using cookies. 3.3            Information we receive from third parties

3.3.1              We may collect information about you from third parties that we work closely with for the purposes of delivering to you the services that you request from us.

3.3.2              We may also receive information about you from third parties where you have consented to such third party sharing your information with us for specific purposes. For example we might receive information about you from third parties if you have indicated to that third party that you would like to hear from us, with more information about our services.


4.1            You agree that we may use your information for the following purposes:

4.1.1              to provide you with access to the Platform, to provide you with our services; 

4.1.2              to contact you about your Account or any services that you’ve requested from us;

4.1.3              to keep in contact with you about products or services that we think might be of interest to you. Unless you’ve purchased services from us, we will only contact you by electronic means if you have consented to this. If you do not want us to use your data in this way please tick the relevant box on the applicable form presented to you when we collect your information to indicate your preferences;

4.1.4              to provide customer service and support, deal with enquiries or notify you of changes to our services;

4.1.5              to improve the Platform and ensure that content from the Platform is presented in the most effective and optimal manner;

4.1.6              to carry out aggregated and anonymised research about general consumer engagement with the Platform, Services and the Products that we display; and

5.1            You agree that we can share your personal information with:

5.1.1              any third parties that we work with where necessary to deliver you the services that you request from us. We might also engage other third party sub-contractors or service providers to help us host the Platform or manage our marketing communications;

5.1.2              any other selected third party that you consent to our sharing your information with for marketing purposes;

5.1.3              any prospective seller or buyer of our business or assets, in the event that we decide to sell or buy any business or assets;

5.1.4              any other third parties where necessary to enable us to enforce our legal rights, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our employees or where such disclosure may be permitted or required by law.

6.              COOKIES

6.1            We use cookies to ensure that you get the most out of the Platform. Cookies are small amounts of information in the form of text files which we store on the device you use to access the Platform. Cookies allow us to monitor your use of the Platform and simplify your use. For example, a temporary cookie is also used to keep track of your "session". Without that temporary cookie (which is not stored after you quit your browser) we wouldn’t be able to remember the Products you have added to your shopping basket each time you navigate to a different page. 

6.2            If you do not wish for cookies to be installed on your device, you can change the settings on your browser or device to reject cookies. 6.3            Our Platform may also contain content and links to other sites that are operated by third parties that may also operate cookies (including for example Merchant sites). We don’t control these third party sites or cookies and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. Please consult the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the relevant third party site to find out how that site collects and uses your information and to establish whether and for what purpose they use cookies.


7.1            We use appropriate technological and operational security measures to protect your information against any unauthorised access to or unlawful use. We will retain your information for as long as is necessary to provide you with the services that you have requested from us or for as long as the law otherwise permits.

7.2            You acknowledge that data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure and that whilst we will implement security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, we cannot guarantee the security of data shared over the internet. Therefore please take special care in deciding what information to send to us.


8.1            Our servers are situated in the European Economic Area ( EEA).

8.2            In certain circumstances your information may be processed outside of the European Economic Area ( EEA) such as when we engage third parties based outside of the EEA to assist us with the services that you have requested from us. In such circumstances, we will take all steps necessary to ensure that any of your information is adequately protected and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  You consent to this transfer and processing of your information.


9.1            You have certain rights in respect of the information that we hold about you, including:

9.1.1              the right to request access to the information that we hold about you;

9.1.2              the right to ask us to make changes to the information we hold about you to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date;

9.1.3              the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes; and

9.1.4              in certain circumstances, the right to request that we delete information that we may hold about you.

9.2            You may exercise the rights set out above by contacting us using the details in paragraph 2 of this Privacy Policy, or in the case of preventing processing for marketing activities also by checking certain boxes on forms that we use to collect your data to tell us that you don’t want to be involved in marketing.


10.1         We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes to the Platform, or notify you of any material changes by e-mail. Any changes will come into effect the next time you engage with us after the changes have been notified.
